The Wild Joy Retreat, a 7 day all inclusive experience includes:

-daily guided meditations and journaling practices in a variety of magical jungle and beachfront locations
-daily Yoga practices (vinyasa, power, yin, restorative, pranayama) in the jungle shala
-specialty classes in Yoga sculpt and mat Pilates
-a surf theory and etiquette class to prepare you for the water
-6 hours of surf lessons with the best local Costa Rican surf instructors
-surf board rentals for all lessons
-transportation to and from the iconic surf breaks
-yoga, surf and special moments photography so you can detox from your phone while capturing the experience
